As a convenience to our patients, our office will submit claims for services to your insurance company. However, we request that any co-payments be paid at the time of service.
Please keep in mind that your dental insurance plan is designed to share in your dental costs. It may not cover the total cost of your bill. Most plans cover between 50-100% of dental services with annual benefit maximum. It is important for you to understand that your account is your sole responsibility.
We can provide an estimate of anticipated insurance payments for more extensive treatment plans. However, we cannot and do not guarantee payment from insurance carriers.
Please inform our office staff of any changes in insurance, employer or personal information that may occur. This information will allow us to better assist you in filing claims.
We also provide several payment options to our patients including extended, interest-free payment plans through Care Credit. We also accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover card.
